Important Notes for Staying at Base Camp

‼️We have a dedicated drying room. If you need anything dried, please contact the team leader. The room heaters are very powerful, so please DO NOT place clothing, gloves, socks, or other items on the heaters. If this causes a fire, you will be held criminally liable and responsible for compensation for damages and losses caused to subsequent itineraries.‼️

1⃣️After 10:00 PM daily is quiet time. Please keep all noise levels down, and stop using all types of game consoles. There are already guests at the base camp, so new arrivals please do not make loud noises.

2⃣️The massage chairs provided at the base camp are cleaned and disinfected for each group. Please use them after washing up and changing into casual clothes. It is strictly forbidden to wear ski suits, ski socks, or step on the massage chairs with shoes. A fine of $100 AUD will be applied.

3⃣️Eating any food is prohibited in the rooms. We have a dining area for meals. Please store any food you bring in the refrigerator in the dining area. The in-room refrigerators generate unnecessary noise and are currently out of service for winter.

4️⃣Please consciously maintain the cleanliness of the room. Inappropriate behavior such as spilling drinks or coffee, or wiping shoes with room sheets and towels, will result in a cleaning fee of $50-$200.

5️⃣Please pay consciously for purchases from the mini-mart in the base camp dining area (it is recommended to have some cash ready). The WeChat QR code shows RMB, please convert the exchange rate yourself.
