Aushome Travel was founded by a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in the Australian travel industry. His journey began in 2012 as a tour leader for snow mountain groups. Although he hadn’t yet learned to ski at the time, he was already deeply involved in front-line travel operations. Over the years, he worked with major local tour companies, gaining rich experience and deep insights into local resources, customer needs, and service delivery.
In 2016, driven by passion and a vision for quality travel services, he established Aushome Travel. Starting with just three vehicles, the company steadily grew by maintaining a commitment to professionalism and attention to detail. Today, Aushome Travel has developed into a full-service operation with a team of 20 experienced front-line tour guides and 8 dedicated support staff.
Along the way, the company has weathered its share of challenges. Team members came and went, and each transition brought new tests and opportunities for growth. These moments shaped the resilient, close-knit team that we are today. The end of 2019 marked an especially difficult time, as the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 brought the global travel industry to a halt. Instead of giving in to the pressure, Aushome Travel chose to stand firm—maintaining vehicles, supporting staff, and refining internal operations. That period of adversity only deepened our resolve to uphold our values of quality and service.
In 2022, a chance reconnection with skiing sparked a new chapter. What began as personal curiosity quickly became a full-blown passion. Drawing on years of industry experience and a strong network, our founder joined forces with a group of like-minded snowboard lovers to establish a snow sports club. Today, it has become the largest Chinese snow sports community in Australia, hosting safe, professional, and engaging snowboard events that have earned the love and trust of countless snow sports enthusiasts.
Aushome Travel proudly operates under a fully self-owned model. All vehicles and facilities are managed and maintained in-house by our team to ensure consistent standards of safety, comfort, and quality. We are a young, dynamic team driven by passion, professionalism, and integrity—committed to delivering travel experiences that our clients can truly rely on.
