• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure: Full refund available.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to departure: 50% refund available; rescheduling permitted.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of departure: No refunds or rescheduling permitted. Exceptions may apply in special circumstances.
2. Flights, Hotels, and Tickets
• Flights: Refunds and changes are subject to the airline’s policies.
• Hotels: Refunds and changes are subject to the hotel’s policies.
• Tickets (e.g., attractions, events): Non-refundable and non-changeable.
3. Visa Services
Please ensure all required documents are prepared before booking. Service fees and visa application fees are non-refundable once the application process has commenced.
4. Refund Methods and Fees
• Payments made via Australian bank transfer (BSB) or Chinese RMB account: No refund processing fees.
• Payments made via international accounts (excluding Australia and Mainland China): Buyer is responsible for any international remittance fees incurred during the refund process.
• Payments made via credit card (Australian or international):
• Refunds to Australian or RMB accounts: Subject to a 3% processing fee.
• Refunds to international accounts: Subject to a 3% processing fee plus any applicable international remittance fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
