Booking Tips

👉 Midweek/weekend tours (a tour is a weekend tour if it spans Friday or Saturday, not referring to the departure date)

👉During the school holidays ( July 1 to July 19), mid-week tours will be charged as weekend tours, and the weekend tour prices will remain unchanged

Fee Description

✅Fees Include:

accommodation, transport, 3 hours of skiing coaching + 2 hours of skiing guidance every day (excludes Monday, see bonus courses for details), breakfast, roasted whole lamb dinner, equipment transportation, national park fees

❌Fee Does Not Include:

Lift passes, equipment rental, night skiing transfers, dinner on departure and return days, daily lunch, and other personal expenses

The tour fee is a package price. No refunds will be given for unused transportation, services, or meals included in the package. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Departure Date

Two days and one night: depart every Sunday

3 days and 2 nights: depart every Monday/Wednesday/Friday

Four days and three nights: depart every Friday/Sunday

Five days and four nights: depart every Monday or Wednesday

Six days and five nights: depart every Wednesday/Friday/Sunday

Seven days and six nights: depart every Monday

8 days and 7 nights: depart every Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Sunday

Itinerary

• Departure day: Meet at 17:15 at Central Station, exit from platform 1, and meet under the tower. Pick up services available at some areas for a fee. Arrive in Canberra at about 20:30 to have dinner for 1 hour.  Canberra guests will get on board meanwhile.  Arrive at the accommodation at about 23:00
• During the stay, we will depart at 7:15 in the morning, arrive at the ski resort at about 8am to start the skiing trip. Meet again at 5pm to go down the mountain when the ski resort closes.
• On the day of return, pack your luggage in advance and put it in the storage. Depart at 7:15 in the morning. Meet again and leave at 17:00 when the ski resort closes. Return to the accommodation to collect your luggage. Arrive in Canberra at about 20:30. Have dinner at Canberra for one hour. Return to Central Station at about 23:50.  Drop-off services available at some areas for a fe.

The skiing time is 8.5 hours a day. We start skiing at 8:30 every day and leave at 17:00. Make sure to make the most use of lift passes paid.

We are equipped with Mercedes-Benz vehicles (maximum 11 passengers per vehicle) throughout the trip, with large luggage space to accommodate large suitcases and full-size flatbed bags. We also provide door-to-door pick-up and drop-off services in the Greater Sydney area.

🐑The club that offers you the feast of roasted whole lamb
For groups of more than 3 days and 2 nights, we provide roasted whole lamb dinner, freshly roasted and cut, and then ready enjoy. It is the real ceiling of snow mountain cuisine. We also provide daily nutrition balanced breakfast to make sure you are full of energy every day.

Tour Information

⚠️UDoSnowClub is committed to skiing happily and making progress together. It is not a tour group that purely provides transportation and accommodation. We truly welcome those who love skiing or want to learn skiing well. For those who fears hardship and fatigue, or those who gives up easily after a few trys, please reconsider prior to reaching out.

⚠️Skiing is a high-risk sport. Participants need to have a full understanding of their own physical capacity, wear protective gear, and never try dangerous actions. During the coaching or skiing, if you have fallen or got hit by others, the club and the club leader will do their best to provide assistance but will not be liable to any related responsibilities
