Round trip transfer
This product is applicable only for guests who book accommodation on the mountain. Guests who book accommodation in the town at the foot of the mountain need to book multi-day chartered products.
Itinerary:
- The driver will pick you up at nominated address in Sydney on the agreed date and drop you off to your hotel in the Snowy Mountains.
- The driver will pick you up from the hotel on the snow mountain on the agreed date

Perisher & Thredbo are the two most popular ski resorts around Sydney. There are many ski slopes suitable for people of different ages and levels. They are quite distant from Sydney, which is a six-hour drive, hence more suitable for multi-day trips. A three-day tour is the most classic length and route, which allows you to visit both snow mountains. The number of days can be added at will.
Schedules:
- We set off at around 9 am on the departure day. Have lunch at the service area or Canberra at noon, and arrive in the town in the evening to rent equipment and check in accommodation. Our vehicle is equipped with an ice bucket (reservation is required in advance) so you can bring food if needed.
- The ski trip starts at around 8 am and ends at 4 pm. After returning, there will be an extra hour of service time for you to arrange for eating or shopping.
- On the return day, we set out at around 8 am, skied until 2 pm, return gears. We will drop you off at home at around 10 pm.
Fee Include:
Vehicle use, professional driver, door-to-door pick-up at two addresses along the way, driver's meals and accommodations, driver's tips, snow chains
Fee Does Not Include:
Mountain entrance tickets, ski equipments, lift tickets, guests accommodation and meals and any other personal expense
Optional upgrades:
Private skiing lessons $200 per hour
Night skiing transportations $300

1. Vehicle products (such as chartered vehicles, carpooling, snow tours, etc.)
• Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Full refund
• Cancellation 14-29 days before departure: 50% refund or one rescheduling
• Cancellation within 14 days before departure: No refund or rescheduling (special circumstances may be handled at discretion)

• Ticket products (such as attractions, activities): once booked, they cannot be refunded or changed

4. Refund Method and Handling Fee
1️⃣Payment via Australian local bank account (BSB) or RMB account in mainland China: no refund fee
2️⃣Payment through other international accounts (excluding Australia and Mainland China): The international remittance fees incurred during the refund are borne by the buyer
3️⃣Credit card payment (Australian or international card): Refund to local Australian or Chinese accounts: 3% refund fee Refund to international accounts: 3% refund fee, and the buyer is responsible for the international remittance fee
