As one of the three major wine producing areas in Australia, Yarra Valley hides many beautiful wineries. Come here to taste world-class wines and experience the wonderful pastoral scenery. We have selected two representative wineries, one is the sparkling wine under LV, and the other is an old red winery. There are many wineries in Yarra Valley, you can also choose your favorite winery and we will arrange it.
----------------Itinerary ----------------
Depart from Melbourne city at 9:00 am (departure time is adjusted according to sunset). You can book lunch at a winery and taste wine at the same time. Dining at the winery is very popular and needs to be booked in advance.
First stop: Chocolate Ice Cream Factory
This is probably the most popular place for local Australian children. The ice cream produced here is rich and layered, and the price is very cheap. The chocolate is even better, sweet but not greasy. You can watch the chocolate making process up close and try different kinds of chocolate. It is a must-visit place in the Yarra Valley.
Second stop: Domaine Chando Winery <br>One of Australia's most famous sparkling wineries, located in the beautiful Yarra Valley. The sparkling wine here is full-bodied and delicate, perfect for celebration and romance. The winery also offers a variety of winery experiences, such as wine tasting, grape picking and restaurants. If you want to enjoy high-quality sparkling wine and a wonderful winery experience, then you must not miss it.
Here are a few recommendations:
1. Chandon Brut Classic: This sparkling wine is one of the winery’s signature wines. It is full of fruity and toasted aromas, with a fresh and dry taste, making it a great match for a variety of food.
2. Chandon Rosé: This rosé-colored sparkling wine is full-bodied and aromatic, with notes of fruit and flowers, making it a great choice for celebrations and romance.
3. Chandon Blanc de Blancs: This sparkling wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. It has a delicate and fresh taste with citrus and toasted bread aromas, making it a great pairing with seafood and white meat.
4. Chandon Vintage Brut: This sparkling wine is one of the winery's top wines. It is rich and complex, with aromas of toast and nuts, making it perfect for pairing with high-end cuisine and celebratory occasions.
Yering Farm Wines | Yering Farm Winery This Australian winery has a long history and beautiful mountain scenery. It uses traditional hand-made brewing techniques to produce wines with a rich taste and unique aroma. Here, you can visit the wine cellar, taste fine wines, enjoy delicious food, and spend an unforgettable weekend.
Third stop: Yering Winery
Yering Farm Wines has many kinds of featured wines, including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and other varieties, each with a unique taste and flavor. If you like a strong taste, you can try their Shiraz; if you like a soft taste, you can try Pinot Noir. In short, no matter what kind of wine you like, it can satisfy your taste here. 
The trip ends at about 17:00 and returns to Melbourne
