Important Notes

Club Free Opening Period

✅Includes:

❌Does not include:

1️⃣Transportation between Sydney and the club; you need to drive yourself; take a bus to Jindabyne; organize carpooling within the group; or gather people to choose our charter service (👀Learn more); the club will also irregularly provide free carpooling spots (a one-way uphill trip on September 13th is confirmed).

2️⃣Meals; you can discuss with fellow travelers to bring food and cook together. The club provides hot pot/BBQ tools, or you can purchase supplies together at the club (costs split evenly).

3️⃣Lift tickets and other personal expenses.

 

 

Cancellation and Change Policy

1️⃣Once sold, non-refundable. Rights are for personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred to others.

2️⃣After booking, standard cancellation and change rules apply. Changes are allowed more than 14 days out; no changes within 14 days, but there is one exemption for the entire validity period.

3️⃣After the 2027 snow season ends, unused days are considered voluntarily forfeited and cannot be rolled over.

4️⃣Special circumstances such as injury may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
