Important Notes
We have a dedicated drying room. If you need items dried, please contact the team leader. The room heaters are very powerful, so please do not hang clothes, gloves, socks, or other items on them. If this causes a fire, you will be held criminally liable and responsible for compensation for damages and losses caused by delays to the subsequent itinerary.
1️⃣A quiet period is observed after 22:00 daily. Please keep noise levels down for all activities, and discontinue using gaming devices. There are already guests present in the base camp, so new arrivals should avoid loud conversations.
2️⃣The massage chairs provided at the base camp are cleaned and disinfected for each group. Please use them after washing up and changing into casual clothes. It is strictly forbidden to wear snow gear, snow socks, or step on the massage chairs with shoes.
3️⃣No food is allowed in the rooms. We have a dining area for meals. If you bring food, please store it in the refrigerator in the dining area. The in-room refrigerators generate unnecessary noise and are currently out of service for winter. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Dispose of other items in the bathroom bin.
4️⃣Please keep your room tidy. Improper behavior such as spilling drinks/coffee, or using room sheets/towels to wipe shoes, will incur a cleaning fee of $50-$200.
5️⃣For purchases at the mini-mart in the base camp restaurant, please pay conscientiously (cash is recommended). The WeChat QR code displays RMB, so please convert the exchange rate yourself.
