Refund and Change Policy

1. Vehicle products (such as chartered vehicles, carpooling, snow tours, etc.)
• Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: Full refund
• Cancellation 14-29 days before departure: 50% refund or one rescheduling
• Cancellation within 14 days before departure: No refund or rescheduling (special circumstances may be handled at discretion)

2. Airline tickets, hotels and ticket products
• Airline tickets: follow the specific policies of each airline
• Hotel products: follow the specific policies of each hotel
• Ticket products (such as attractions, activities): once booked, they cannot be refunded or changed

3. Visa service products
Please prepare the required information before placing an order. Once a visa product is applied for, the service fee and visa application fee are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method and Handling Fee
1️⃣Payment via Australian local bank account (BSB) or RMB account in mainland China: no refund fee
2️⃣Payment through other international accounts (excluding Australia and Mainland China): The international remittance fees incurred during the refund are borne by the buyer
3️⃣Credit card payment (Australian or international card): Refund to local Australian or Chinese accounts: 3% refund fee Refund to international accounts: 3% refund fee, and the buyer is responsible for the international remittance fee

5. Special Notes
• It is strongly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to prevent losses caused by unexpected situations during the trip
• Please confirm product inventory and payment methods with customer service before payment

This policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law and protects the legal rights of consumers when products and services are not as described, have quality problems or do not meet expectations.
