 Itinerary

Day 1 | Self-drive from various locations, Sydney area can add pick-up/drop-off service

April - September, recommended departure from Sydney at 10:00; October - March, recommended departure from Sydney at 11:00. Days are longer in summer, so evening hunting patrols can be shifted later; days get dark earlier in winter, so it's recommended to depart earlier to allow more time in the afternoon to get familiar with the grounds and practice shooting.

 

Upon arrival at the private Dungeree hunting ground, 4WD vehicles can drive directly to the hunter camp depending on road conditions. For non-4WD vehicles, the farm owner will arrange SUV/quad bike pick-up and drop-off to the camp area, depending on local road conditions. After a simple rest, accommodation/camp areas will be assigned, and personal belongings organized.

 

Accommodation in the camp is rustic but clean and tidy. We provide sleeping bags and two cabins for guests. If you are concerned about the camp's accommodation, you can book a motel in a town half an hour from the camp, at your own expense. Options include Rylstone or Kandos, with rooms priced at $100-$150. Please check in before heading to the camp to avoid missing check-in time if you stay at the camp too late.

Organize equipment, clean up the camp, depart the hunting ground. Before leaving, dispose of all personal trash and clean the camp area.

Accompanied Patrol Hunting 

 

 

Evening is the most atmospheric time on the farm. Accompanied by professional hunters, enter the farm's patrol hunting area to observe the terrain, animal tracks, farm ecology, and the Australian wilderness environment.

 

 

Depending on weather, season, animal activity, and on-site safety conditions, patrol hunting or observation experiences will be arranged. If conditions permit, thermal imaging devices, night observation devices (Pulsar handheld thermal imagers), or drones (Autel thermal imaging drones) can be used for farm patrol demonstrations, allowing guests to experience real modern hunter equipment.

The farm is rich in game, including kangaroos, deer, wild boars, wild dogs, rabbits and other Australian species. Any game caught can be taken away for free, and we will also assist in processing all game except kangaroos free of charge. Hunting must follow the hunter's guidance, and protected animals must not be hunted.

Important Notes

Children under 12 are not recommended to participate. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian, and participation is subject to the on-site hunter's discretion.

All shooting, target practice, and patrol hunting activities must follow the instructions of the professional hunter and farm owner.

Everyone must attend a safety briefing before the activity begins.

Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during firearm activities. Alcohol can only be consumed after all firearm-related activities for the day have concluded.

Please wear long pants, outdoor shoes, or hiking boots suitable for outdoor activities.

It is recommended to bring warm clothing, sun protection, a hat, personal medication, a headlamp, a water bottle, and a power bank.

The farm is a natural environment; please be aware of snakes and insects, rocks, branches, slippery ground, and safety when walking at night.

Do not leave the group without permission, enter restricted hunting areas, or act alone.

All trash, spent casings, and personal items must be taken away or disposed of as per farm requirements.

In case of extreme weather, fire risk, road closures, or other uncontrollable factors, the activity may be adjusted or postponed.

Hunting and game processing must comply with Australian local laws, farm rules, and the on-site hunter's arrangements.

3 days before departure, we will make a final confirmation based on weather conditions. If the trip is affected by extreme weather or heavy rain, free changes or cancellations are allowed; if the weather impact is deemed minor but the guest subjectively feels the weather is unfavorable, one date change is allowed, but no refunds will be issued;
