DAY 1｜Great Ocean Road Wonders Tour (Coastal Scenery + Rainforest)
07:30 ｜Depart from Melbourne → Torquay
The starting point of the Great Ocean Road is also the birthplace of Australian surfing culture. Don't forget to check in and take photos at the Great Ocean Road Memorial Arch.
10:30 ｜ Lorne break + coffee
A seaside town with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. We recommend strolling along the main street or exploring a short forest trail to Erskine Falls .
12:30 ｜ Lunch at Apollo Bay
A quiet fishing village with sea views. Recommended for fish and chips or local seafood restaurants such as La Bimba .
14:00 ｜Exploring the Otway Rainforest ( Maits Rest )
The original temperate rainforest trail takes about 30 minutes to complete in a circular pattern. Giant ferns, eucalyptus trees and plank roads can be seen along the way.
16:30 ｜Twelve Apostles + Loch Ard Gorge sunset view
The best time to view the iconic sea erosion rocks on the Great Ocean Road is in the evening. Loch Ard Gorge is known as the " Australian version of the Blue Hole " and has a more layered scenery.
18:30 | Check in Port Campbell
There are plenty of accommodations in the seaside town, which is suitable for enjoying a relaxing dinner or going to bed early to replenish your energy.
DAY 2｜Grampians National Park hiking day (mountain view + waterfall + wild kangaroos)
08:00 | Depart for Halls Gap (about 3 hours)
The countryside along the way is beautiful, and you can stop in Dunkeld for a while to resupply.
11:00 ｜ MacKenzie Falls Hike
One of the most spectacular waterfalls in the Grampians, the water flows all year round. You can feel the roar of the water up close by following the steps down to the bottom of the valley.
13:00 ｜ Lunch at Halls Gap
The gateway town of the national park, recommended: Harvest Halls Gap Cafe (fresh organic ingredients).
14:00 ｜ Hike to Pinnacle Lookout (about 2 hours round trip)
One of the classic walks in the Grampians. Standing on the edge of the cliff, overlooking the valley and the layers of rock walls, it is extremely shocking.
17:00 ｜Watch wild kangaroos + stay in cabins or eco-camps
At dusk, you can often see groups of kangaroos on the grass at Halls Gap , which is a good place for walking and taking photos.
DAY 3｜Ballarat Animal + Gold Mine Tour (Parent-Child + Humanities)
08:00 | Depart for Ballarat (about 2 hours)
The historic gold rush town is one of the important sites of Victoria's gold rush.
10:00 ｜ Ballarat Wildlife Park
You can feed kangaroos by hand, interact with koalas up close, and see Australian animals such as Tasmanian devils and emus. The park is small but the animals are friendly, suitable for parents and children or taking photos.
12:15 | Lunch in the city (recommended: The Forge Pizzeria )
A popular local pizza shop with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients.
13:30 ｜ Sovereign Hill Gold Rush Town Experience
Recreate the town scene during the gold rush of the 1850s . You can experience gold panning, watch gold melting demonstrations, change into period costumes to take photos, and even visit a real underground gold mine.
16:00 ｜Drive back to Melbourne (about 1.5 hours)
