Ski Equipment Rental Agreement Explanation
1️⃣Billing Start Time
Rental fees are calculated starting from the first day of use. For example, if your tour group is from June 12th to 14th, and you pick up the equipment on the afternoon of the 12th or early morning of the 13th, you will only be charged for the 13th and 14th.
2️⃣Trial and Inspection
Upon receiving the equipment, please try it on immediately to confirm the size and check for any damage. If you find any issues, please report them immediately. Once the equipment has been rented out, it cannot be returned or exchanged during the rental period.
3️⃣Cleaning and Damage Responsibility
If equipment becomes damp or muddy due to improper use, an additional $20 cleaning fee will be charged per item for replacement. No fee will be charged if not replaced.
Ski jackets are made of special material and are particularly susceptible to oil stains. If there are oil stains, a $50 deep cleaning fee will be charged per item.
4️⃣Normal Wear and Tear Exempt, Loss Requires Compensation
Scratches or wear and tear from normal use are not subject to compensation. However, in case of loss, compensation will be based on the following standards:
- Kamei Warrior Armor: $800
- Snowboard + Bindings: $900
- Ski Poles: $100
- Snow Jacket / Snow Pants: $500 each
- Ski Boots: $300
- Helmet: $200
- Wrist Guards: $40
- "Little Turtle" Hip Protector: $30
- Sled: $40

Ski Equipment Sales Agreement Explanation
Please inspect the product quality upon purchase. If you are not satisfied with the product, and it is unopened, unused, and does not affect secondary sales, you may apply for a return within the following timeframes:
• Tour group customers: Returns can be processed during the tour period;
• Non-tour customers: Returns can be requested within 2 days of purchase.
If the product has been opened, used, or the tour period has ended, return requests will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

1️⃣Payment via Australian local bank account (BSB) or RMB account in mainland China: no refund fee
2️⃣Payment through other international accounts (excluding Australia and Mainland China): The international remittance fees incurred during the refund are borne by the buyer

Q: Do I need to purchase my own insurance?
