Equipment Rental Agreement Instructions
1️⃣Billing start time
The rental fee is calculated from the first day of use. If you join the tour from June 12th to 14th, if you pick up the equipment in the afternoon of the 12th or the early morning of the 13th, only the fees for the 13th and 14th will be charged.
2️⃣ Trial and Inspection
Please try on the equipment immediately after receiving it to confirm whether the size is suitable and check whether there is any damage. If you find any problems, please report them immediately. Once the equipment is confirmed to be rented out, it cannot be returned or exchanged during the journey.
3️⃣Cleaning and Damage Responsibility
If the equipment becomes wet, muddy, etc. due to improper use, an additional cleaning fee of **$20** will be charged for each piece of equipment to be replaced.
Snowsuits are made of special materials and are particularly susceptible to oil stains. If there are oil stains, a deep cleaning fee of **$50** will be charged for each piece.
4️⃣No liability for normal wear and tear, compensation required for loss
Scratches or wear and tear from normal use are not covered, but if lost, compensation will be made according to the following standards:
- Armor: $800
- Snowboard + bindings: $900
- Ski poles: $100
- Snow suit/snow pants: $500 each
- Snowshoes: $300
- Helmet: $200
- Wristband: $40
- Hip protector "Little Turtle": $30
- Snowboard: $40

Snow Equipment Sales Agreement
Please be sure to check the quality of the product on the spot when purchasing. If you are not satisfied with the product, and the product is unopened, unused and does not affect secondary sale , you can apply for a return within the following time range:
• Customers who participate in the group: Returns can be processed during the group period ;
• Non-group customers: You can apply for a return within 2 days from the date of purchase .
If the product has been opened, used or the group period has ended, no return application will be accepted. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

• Airline tickets: follow the specific policies of each airline

• Ticket products (such as attractions, activities): once booked, they cannot be refunded or changed

3. Visa service products
Please prepare the required information before placing an order. Once a visa product is applied for, the service fee and visa application fee are non-refundable.

4. Refund Method and Handling Fee
1️⃣Payment via Australian local bank account (BSB) or RMB account in mainland China: no refund fee
2️⃣Payment through other international accounts (excluding Australia and Mainland China): The international remittance fees incurred during the refund are borne by the buyer
3️⃣Credit card payment (Australian or international card): Refund to local Australian or Chinese accounts: 3% refund fee Refund to international accounts: 3% refund fee, and the buyer is responsible for the international remittance fee
